Meet Founder, LaKasha McNeill
A proud native of Dunn, North Carolina, LaKasha's journey began on the streets of "Redbone." Today, she is a mother to three daughters and one son, and the proud grandmother to her "Legend Jace". Her life is a testament to the power of resilience and the grace of God. In 2013, following a divine calling, she launched the Ladies UnShackled Movement. What started as an annual conference grew into a life-changing mission. By the seventh year, the vision expanded: God called her to build a true sisterhood for the women of Dunn and the surrounding communities.
Her philosophy is simple yet profound: Love is the cure. Having navigated the highs and lows of life, she understands that everyone is fighting a battle. Her mission is to create a safe space where women can drop their masks, be their authentic selves, and experience genuine, unconditional love. Whether she is encouraging, complimenting, or simply "loving on" a sister, she is walking in her purpose. With a promise from the Lord that MUAH Sistas will one day reach a global scale, she remains steadfast. People may come and go, but the vision remains unshakable.

BRITTANY DUDLEY
A proud native of Dunn, North Carolina, and a graduate of Triton High School, Brittany brings a spirit of dedication to everything she does. In January 2026, she reached a major milestone by earning her Medical Assistant certification, showcasing her passion for caretaking and community health. Above all, Brittany is a devoted mother who finds her greatest joy in family. Guided by the motto "We all we got," she cherishes every moment spent with her loved ones. For Brittany, sisterhood isn't just a word—it’s a commitment to uplifting those around her and building a foundation of mutual support.

As a Licensed Esthetician and the visionary behind Loretta Jae Esthetics, Latefia Young is dedicated to the art of confidence. Specializing in professional makeup, precision waxing, and customized skincare, Latefia has turned her passion for beauty into a thriving sanctuary for her clients. Beyond the treatment room, Latefia is a devoted mother to three boys and a fierce advocate for the next generation. She is deeply passionate about uplifting young women, helping them recognize their own potential and beauty. When she isn't building her empire or mentoring, you can find her satisfying her wanderlust through travel or indulging in a well-deserved shopping trip.
